The free property video

UK estate agents, letting agents and student accommodation teams can book a free 30-minute review, including one branded property video sample for one suitable property. You see your personalised sample for the first time on the call and receive the file afterwards, whether or not you buy a service.

Send suitable property photos or a usable property link when booking, at least 24 hours before the call. You must have permission for us to use that material to prepare your sample. If the material is missing or unsuitable, we’ll contact you to arrange what is needed and, where necessary, a new review time.

There is no obligation to buy. A paid service begins only when you agree a separate written service proposal.

Our 90-day visibility guarantee

We guarantee to grow your social media in 90 days. Or we keep working for free until it does.

For this guarantee, growth means an increase in the total platform-reported account reach or video views agreed with you before the managed service starts. The free continuation covers the agreed content creation and posting, with no service fee.

What we agree before we start

Your written service proposal records the social account, one visibility measure, the starting baseline, the comparison period and the service start date. It also records the content and posting included, the account access and property material we need, and how you’ll approve content.

We use the same named metric, account and platform reporting method for both checks. The baseline period ends before the service starts; the matching review period ends at day 90. Both periods have the same length, agreed before work starts. We share the comparison with you.

If the measure hasn’t grown

If the agreed measure has not increased at the 90-day review, we continue the agreed content creation and posting without a service fee until it does. This continuation has no additional 90-day cap. We keep using the same metric and comparison method to review progress.

Additional services are only chargeable if you agree them separately; they are not automatically added during the free continuation.

Reviewing your results

We review the agreed measure with you at day 90. You can also request your baseline, reporting or guarantee review by emailing [email protected]. We’ll check the agreed measure against your service proposal and explain the next step.
